Return Policy
You have 30 days to request a return from the date you received your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Only)
If your order is being shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
As with our standard return policy, items must be in the same condition as received – unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
